Mission:

Mandatory Experience:
Must have previous job experience sufficient to be able to demonstrate managing key strategic projects up to $500k in value and/or up to 1 year in duration {Mandatory}

Must have managed multi-functional teams across multiple geographies, and balancing multiple projects and priorities within a dynamic and changing environment {Mandatory}

Must have understanding of technology development, testing and implementation approaches and disciplines would be beneficial (Mandatory).

Must have demonstrated experience both of working independently and leading teams {Mandatory}

Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of core PM competencies using a recognised structured methodology {PMBoK or PRINCE2} including:

They have a requirement for a Facilities Supervisor to oversee the day to day running of the estate with particular focus on the customer as a priority through the delivery of an efficient and proactive service.

Responsibilities
As part of this position you will be responsible for the following:
* Ensuring that a quality Customer service is maintained through responsibility of communal areas of the neighbourhood identifying proactive and reactive methods of work.
* Take decisive action to ensure that services are carried out in a timely manner with particular focus on communal area repairs
* Maximise customer experience, living conditions and minimise complaints through the identification of key aspects to the estate that require an immediate course of action
* Support with Maintenance monitoring records of contractors through performance checks on a regular basis
* Manage and maintain that at all times, areas covered by the estate are monitored in alignment with Health and safety regulations ensuring a safe environment for all stakeholders.
