The Customer Service Support Consultant is needed to assist the PC Coordinator with sending and receiving equipment, tracking and researching company assets, interfacing daily with customers, and running quarterly lease reports. Responsibilities will include pulling and processing order requests in a timely manner, maintaining web-based database, tracking and following up on all equipment orders (including loaned), running quarterly lease reports, performing client PC related support, and working special projects as needed. Responsibilities will also include responding to internal customers in a timely manner and providing immediate resolutions to internal customer issues.

Qualifications:

Must be able to meet deadlines with short timeframes and be able to work under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management required
Must have a strong understanding of PC including specifications and Microsoft Windows
MS Office Suite and Internet use expertise required
Must be able to analyze, communicate, and resolve hardware related issues

Qualifications:

Experience working with the revenue assurance department to close process loops for Back End systems

Intermediate level of knowledge in Process Development and Process Improvement Techniques

Exhibited change agent for process improvement
